Shipping policy

All orders are subject to 48-72-hour processing time.  You'll receive tracking information once your item has been processed and picked up by the carrier.

Please note: Some large or heavy items (such as furniture, dish sets, large toys and similar oversized goods) are not eligible for standard shipping and are available for in-store pickup only. Custom shipping may be available for these items on request, though costs can be significant and, in many cases, can exceed the price of the item itself. If you're unsure whether an item ships to your shipping address, or if you reach checkout and the item won't process, please email us at info@ecistores.com with the item number and your shipping address, and we'll let you know what shipping options may be available.
